  1. Open TikTok App: Launch the TikTok app on your mobile device. Ensure you’re logged into your account.

  2. Access the Camera: Tap on the plus (+) button at the bottom center of the screen to access the camera and start creating a new video.

  3. Swipe to “Live” Mode: Swipe left on the camera screen until you see the “Live” option. Tap on it to switch to Live mode.

  4. Set Up Your Live Video: Before going live, you can add a title to your broadcast by tapping on “Live Title” and entering a description. You can also choose who can view your live video by adjusting the privacy settings.

  5. Check Your Camera and Microphone: Make sure your camera and microphone are enabled and working properly. You can do this by tapping on the respective icons.

  6. Add Filters or Effects (Optional): TikTok offers various filters, effects, and interactive features that you can apply to your live video before starting. Explore them by tapping on the icons on the right side of the screen.

  7. Start Your Live Video: Once you’re ready, tap the “Go Live” button to start broadcasting. TikTok will count down from 3 before your live video begins.

  8. Interact with Viewers: During your live broadcast, viewers can send comments, likes, and gifts. You can respond to their comments and engage with your audience in real-time by tapping on the comment section.

  9. End Your Live Video: When you’re ready to finish your broadcast, tap the “X” button at the top left corner of the screen. TikTok will ask you to confirm that you want to end the live video.

  10. Save or Share Your Video: After ending your live video, TikTok will give you the option to save the live video to your camera roll or share it to your profile. You can also choose to delete the video if you don’t want to keep it.
